| ［目的］研究聚酰胺亲和膜包对透析液中内毒素的去除。［方法］用鲎试剂法测定透析液中内毒素。［结果］①随着流速的增加，内毒素去除率有所下降。②温度对水溶液中内毒素的去除影响不明显。③含白蛋白透析液中内毒素的去除率较低。［结论］聚酰胺亲和膜包可有效去除透析液中内毒素，且可较高的保留各种物质的有效成分。 |

| ［Objective］To study the endotoxin removal in dialysis solution by amide membrane package.［Methods］Determination TAL (Tachypleus Amebocyte Lysate) endotoxin in dialysis solution.［Results］①With the increase of velocity, endotoxin removal rate has declined. ②Temperature on endotoxin in aqueous solution is not obvious impact of the removal. ③In albumin dialysis solution containing endotoxin removal rate is lower.［Conclusion］The amide membrane package may effectively remove the endotoxin of dialysis fluid, also may the higher retention each kind of matter effective component. |
