枳壳总黄酮在D101大孔吸附树脂上的吸附特性研究

摘要:
[目的]了解枳壳总黄酮在D101大孔吸附树脂上的吸附特性。[方法]分析原样品液浓度、pH值、流速和洗脱剂的种类对树脂吸附的影响及紫外-分光光度法测定各样品液中总黄酮含量。[结果]D101树脂对枳壳总黄酮适宜的吸附条件为:原样品液浓度为0.5 mg/mL、pH3、流速1 BV/h、温度室温;最佳解吸条件为6倍量70%乙醇可将黄酮完全解吸。[结论]D101树脂可用于枳壳总黄酮的制备。

Abstract:
[Objective]To investigate the absorption of total flavone from Fractus auranti on macroporous resin (MR).[Methods]The influence of concentration of sample, pH, elution solvent and its flow rate toward the adsorption of MR. UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavone in all kinds of samples.[Results]The suitable adsorption conditions were optimized as follows: concentration of total flavone was 0.5 mg/mL, pH=3, flow rate 1 BV/h at room temperature, and suitable desorption conditions was optimized as follows: 6 BV 70% aqueous ethanol was used to elute the target.[Conclusion]D101 macroporous resin could be used to purify the total flavone from Fructus auranti.
