| ［目的］了解胃癌组织错配修复基因hMLH1蛋白的表达特点。［方法］采用免疫组织化学SP法检测579例胃癌组织、333例癌旁组织和341例非癌患者胃黏膜的hMLH1蛋白表达情况。组间率的差异采用卡方检验法进行比较。［结果］ 胃癌组、癌旁组与非癌患者胃黏膜组的hMLH1蛋白阳性表达率分别为71.68%（415/579）、84.38%（281/333）与85.92%（293/341），前者显著低于后两者（P＜0.05），而后两者间差异无显著性意义（P＞0.05）。胃癌组织中，hMLH1蛋白的阳性表达率在高中分化组显著高于低分化组（P＜0.05），在无淋巴结转移组显著高于淋巴结转移组
（P＜0.05），hMLH1蛋白的阳性表达率与患者性别、年龄无关（P＞0.05）。［结论］我国部分胃癌发生可能与错配修复基因hMLH1的表达下调有关。 |

| ［Objective］To detect the expression feature of mismatch repair gene hMLH1 in gastric carcinoma.［Methods］Immunohisto-
chemical method was used to detect hMLH1 protein expressions in 579 cases of gastric carcinoma, 333 cases of carcinoma adjacent mucosa and 341 cases of non-carcinoma gastric mucosa.［Results］The positive rate of hMLH1 in gastric carcinoma group being 71.68%（415/579）was significantly lower than that in carcinoma adjacent mucosa group being 84.38%（281/333）and that in non-carcinoma gastric mucosa group being 85.92%（293/341）（P<0.05）. While the difference was not significantly between the late two groups. In gastric carcinoma group, the positive rate of hMLH1 was related to differentiated degree and lymphonode metastasis condition of the carcinoma, but to sex and age of the patient.［Conclusions］The functional degression of mismatch repair gene hMLH1 may play some roles in the gastric carcinogenesis of China. |
