胰腺肿块16例术中Tru-cut活检的临床意义

摘要:

［目的］探讨术中Tru-cut活检组织学诊断在胰腺肿块的诊断价值。［方法］对大连医科大学第一临床学院2003年～2006年经术治疗16例腺肿块行术中Tru-cut活检，所有病例均经病理证实。［结果］16例Tru-cut活检诊断胰腺癌11例，其中2例可疑经再次穿刺确诊，诊断慢性炎症2例，无功能性胰岛细胞瘤3例，Tru-cut活检胰腺肿块诊断率为100%，无假阳性。［结论］胰腺肿块术中tru-cut活检对对明确良恶性肿瘤诊断、指导术式选择是较实用，有效的方法。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the value for intraoperative tru-cut biopsy in masses of the pancreas.［Methods］Sixteen cases of tru-cut biopsy were retrospectively reviewed from 2003 to 2006.All the cases were followed up and compared with pathologic diagnosis.［Results］Out of 16 cases, for pancreatic cancer of 11 cases, nonfunctioning insulinoma of 3 cases and chinric pancreatitis of 2 cases were diagnosed. There was no false-positive while the overall false-negative rate was 100%.［Conclusions］Tru-cut biopsy is a highly accurate histopathological technique of sampling masses of the pancreas, which is of great value in differentiating diagnosis and determing the way of operation.
