心脏损伤急救探讨（附52例临床分析）

摘要:

［目的］通过心脏损伤的病因学统计，探讨心脏损伤诊断，急救要点。总结心脏损伤的急救经验。［方法］对该院1985年5月~2007年5月共52例心脏损伤进行系统回顾，总结急救措施和方法，以提高心脏损伤的抢救成功率。［结果］治愈39例，死亡13例。死亡率逐年降低。取得较好的临床效果。［结论］对心脏损伤病人加强临床综合判断认识，简化诊断程序。尽早开胸手术是心脏损伤急救的关键。

Abstract:

［Objective］To compare cardiac trauma epidemiological investigation,study the diagnostic characteristics and therapeutic characteristics.Sum up the cardiac trauma treatment experience.［Methods］In the period from May 1985 to May 2007,fifty two patients ofcardiac trauma was systematic reviewed,research how to strengthen diagnosis; first-aid ultrasound ;salvaged blood autotransfusion ;pay attention to surgery skill that raise survival rate.［Results］There were 39 patients cured and 13 patients was died. The mortality was gradually decreased. They were pleased with clinical effect of cardiac trauma.［Conclusions］Diagnostic program should be simplified;ultrasound was valauable assistant dagnosis. It is important that the thoracotomy should be taken as early as possible.
