摘要:

［目的］探讨胆红素对UF-100尿残渣自动分析仪中白细胞计数的影响。［方法］收集胆红素定性（即半定量）分别为胆_１＋（8.5 μmol/L）、胆_２＋（35 μmol/L）、胆_３＋（100 μmol/L）、胆_４＋（＞100 μmol/L）的黄疸晨尿80 mL，离心沉淀取上清液备用；白细胞浓缩液加到各组胆红素尿中，配制成5个不同浓度的混合尿液各10 mL，同时配制正常体检尿白细胞混合液10 mL。UF-100尿沉渣自动分析仪进行白细胞计数，并分析结果之间差异状况。［结果］ 白细胞计数随胆红素浓度的不同而变化，即胆红素浓度越高，白细胞计数越低。胆_１＋、胆_２＋、胆_３＋、胆_４＋各组黄疸尿白细胞计数结果与对照组比较，P值依次为：P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.01、P <0.01，差异有显著性意义。［结论］黄疸尿使UF-100尿残渣自动分析仪中白细胞计数结果偏低，临床工作中如遇到胆红素浓度较高的尿标本，一定要结合镜检，避免漏检误诊误治。

Abstract:

［Objective］Investigation the effects of bilirubin urine on the WBC which analysised by the UF-100 automatic urinalysis analyzer.［Methods］Collected fresh bilirubin urine of different concentration were B_1＋（8.5 μmol/L）,B_2＋（35 μmol/L）,B_3＋（100 μmol/L），B_4＋（＞100 μmol/L）80 mL.The WBC liquid of concentrate added into the bilirubin urine, set up 5 groups WBC blending liquid of different content , determine WBC by the UF-100 automatic urinalysis analyzer.［Results］The WBC count was different of bilirubin, the bilirubin higher, the lower WBC. Which content of WBC level was significant difference in Bilieubin 1+，2+，3+，4+ than in control(P<0.05，P<0.01，P<0.01，P<0.01).［Conclusions］Bilirubin urine effect of the scattered shade and fluorescence. In actual clinical work, the higher the concentration of bilirubin in case specimens must be combination of examination by microscope.
