摘要:

［目的］建立Coulter HMX血细胞分析仪法（下称仪器法）测定网织红细胞计数的正常参考值范围；对仪器法与显微镜目测法（下称手工法）计数网织红细胞进行比较，对仪器法测定网织红细胞进行方法学评价。［方法］ 用仪器法对500例健康成人做了网织红细胞计数，结果进行统计学处理；用仪器法和手工法分别对157例标本进行计数，结果经统计学处理，两种方法做比较。［结果］ 仪器法网织红细胞计数的正常参考范围是0.660%~ 2.604%。两种方法经比较后，r=0.96,相关性好。t检验P>0.05，差异无显著性意义。［结论］仪器法与手工法测定网织红细胞结果相符，并且仪器法具有操作简便、准确度高、精密度高、检测速度快等特点，是常规实验室测定网织红细胞理想可靠的方法；网织红细胞计数参考值的建立，为网织红细胞各项检测参数在临床应用方面提供了必要的依据。

Abstract:

［Objective］To establish a reference limit of the reticulocyte counts. And prepare HMX automated reticulocyte(RC) counting with visual counting method.［Methods］Reticulocyte percentage(RET%) of 500 apparently healthy subjects were detected by coulter were counted by the coulter HMX hematology analyzer and the visual counting method for the same 157 samples.［Results］The reference limit of the reticulocyte count was 0.660%~2.604%. Our results were in agreement with the manual of the instrument and other reports. The correlation coefficient between visual method and automated blood cell counter was r=0.96,t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the counts for the two methods(P>0.05).［Conclusions］The results indicated that reticulocyte counting method by using automated blood the sample using is less and reduce men-made error. It is an idealistic method to count reticuloyte. Reference limit of the reticulocyte percentage has important value in clinical research.
