摘要:

［目的］ 通过测定胃癌患者手术前血清中中期因子的含量，与其在肿瘤组织中的表达，探讨中期因子与胃癌诊断和转移的关系。［方法］ 检测36例胃癌患者血清中中期因子水平及切除肿瘤组织中中期因子的表达，与正常对照组（30例）及癌旁正常组织进行比较，并比较胃癌转移患者与未转移患者的血清中期因子水平。［结果］ 胃癌患者组血清中期因子水平明显高于正常对照组（P<0.01）,转移组中期因子水平高于未转移组（P>0.05）,36例胃癌患者中有28例肿瘤组织中中期因子高表达，癌旁正常组织染色不表达或低表达。［结论］血清中中期因子表达水平的升高对胃癌的诊断有意义,与胃癌的转移也有一定关系,可以作为胃癌筛查的指标之一。

Abstract:

［Objective］To study midkine's relationship with the diagnosis and metastases by measuring the concentration of midkine in serum of preperative gastric carcinoma patients.［Methods］The level of the midkine in serum of 36 cases of gastric carcinoma patients and 30 cases of normal persons was detected by ELISA, gastric carcinoma patients were divided into lymphaden transfer group and non-lymphaden transfer group, the level of midkine in serum were counted and analysed.；36 cases of gastric carcinoma patients’ expression of midkine were measured by immuno-histochemistry and compare with normal tissues.［Results］The level of midkine in serum of gastric carcinoma patients before operation was significantly higher than normal control (P<0.01) , and there was no significant difference between the lymphaden transfer group and non- lymphaden transfer group. The midkine in tumor tissue was highly expressed in 28 of 36 cases of gastric carcinoma, the normal tissues were lowly expressed or not expressed.［Conclusions］The quantitive measurement and expression of midkine in gastric carcinoma have instructive significance in diagnosing the carcinoma. It's suggested that the midkine can be used as monitoring metastasis of tumor.
