| 摘要: |
| ［目的］ 分析铜绿假单胞菌感染对不同性质抗生素的耐药情况，指导临床合理选用抗生素，有效控制感染。［方法］ 对临床分离的778株铜绿假单胞菌（pseudomnas aeruginosa，PA）进行药敏分析。［结果］PA对多种不同性质的抗生素高度耐药，对PA耐药率较低的抗生素主要有头孢他啶，头孢吡肟，亚胺培南。［结论］PA感染的药敏监测，对临床医生选用有效的抗生素具有十分重要的意义。 |

| ［Objective］To anylaze pseudomnas aeruginosa infection's drug resistance of all kinds of antibiotics and to instruct clinical reasonable selection of antibiotics.To control infection effectively.［Methods］We anylaze drug sensitivity of 778 Isolates of pseudomnas aeruginosa.［Results］PA resist strongly many kinds of antibiotics,Antibiotics of low resistance rate of PA were as follows: CAZ,FEP,IPM.［Conclusions］The drug sensitivity supervision of PA infection has important significance on selection of effective antibiotics for clinical doctors. |
