糖尿病微血管病变患者血清一氧化氮的改变

摘要:
[目的]探讨血清一氧化氮对糖尿病微血管病变的影响的临床意义。[方法]将糖尿病微血管病变患者分为早期和晚期两型后,与糖尿病无微血管病变患者和正常对照组相对照,并以系列亚硝酸钠作标准对照,比色法测定血清NO-2/NO-3。[结果]糖尿病无微血管病变组血清NO-2/NO-3值明显增高,为69.1±25.4。糖尿病微血管病变早期组血清NO-2/NO-3值增高更显著,为82.5±29.3,而糖尿病微血管病变晚期组血清NO-2/NO-3值为68.9±24.7。[结论]非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者血清NO增高与糖尿病微血管病变的发生、发展密切相关,其早期显著而晚期趋缓。

Abstract:
[Objective]To investigate the clinical significance of NO in diabetic microangiopathy.[Methods]After classification of diabetic patients, diabetic patients with microangiopathy was classificated into pervious microangiopathy and serious microangiopathy, and NO-2/NO-3 was detected by colorimetry, with standard control of sodium nitrite.[Results]NO-2/NO-3 in diabetic patients without microangiopathy was obviously higher than that in control group,was 69.1±25.4. NO-2/NO-3 in diabetic patients with pervious microangiopathy was (82.5±29.3)mol/L, and became significantly higher .but NO-2/NO-3 in diabetic patients with serious microangiopathy was (68.9±24.7)μmol/L[Conclusions]The increase of NO in NIDDM was associated with the progress of diabetic microangiopathy.
