| ［目的］考察注射用布美他尼、盐酸多巴胺、甲磺酸酚妥拉明在生理盐水中的配伍稳定性。［方法］采用两种高效液相色谱法，测定3种药品在盐水中配伍后，盐酸多巴胺、甲磺酸酚妥拉明和布美他尼的含量在6 h内的变化，同时观察和检测配伍液的外观及pH值变化。［结果］在室温（25℃）条件下，盐酸多巴胺、布美他尼、甲磺酸酚妥拉明注射液于0.9％氯化钠注射液中混合配伍，6 h内混合溶液无色澄明，未见颜色改变、气泡产生及肉眼可见的沉淀生成，pH值稳定，3种药品6 h内含量无显著变化。［结论］注射用布美他尼、盐酸多巴胺、甲磺酸酚妥拉明在生理盐水中配伍，至少在6 h内稳定。 |

| ［Objective］To study the compatible stability of bumetanide injection combined dopamine hydrochloride injection,phentolamine mesilate injection in N.S.［Methods］Content of mixed solution were determined by HPLC，the external appearance were observed and pH values were determined within 6h after mixing.［Results］At room temperature within 6 h，there were no significant changes in content，colour and pH for mixed solution.［Conclusions］After the compatibility of bumetanide injection, dopamine hydrochloride injection,phentolamine mesilate injection in N.S,within 6 h,they kept relative stability. |
