摘要:

［目的］研究膜荚黄芪、蒙古黄芪与红芪微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn的含量，为开发利用传统中药提供参考。［方法］ 采用校准曲线法用空气- 乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn的含量。［结果］膜荚黄芪中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的含量是802.0 μg ·g ^-1，72.03 μg ·g ^-1，23.31 μg ·g ^-1，136.0 μg ·g ^-1。红芪中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的含量是202.3 μg ·g^-1，50.09 μg ·g ^-1，13.29 μg ·g ^-1，70.13 μg ·g^-1。蒙古黄芪中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的含量是265.8 μg ·g^-1，35.44 μg ·g ^-1，8.845 μg · g ^-1，63.08 μg ·g ^-1。［结论］膜荚黄芪中微量元素较高。

Abstract:

［Objective］To provide reference for rational exploiting and utilizing the plant of Radix Astragalus ( Huang - qi).［Methods］Atomic absorption spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of the trace elements.［Results］The results showed that there were differences among the content of these elements in different kinds of Astragalus membranaceus. the content of astragalus membranaceus，Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 802.0 μg ·g ^-1，72.03 μg ·g ^-1，23.31 μg ·g^-1and 136.0 μg ·g^-1，respectively. the content of manyinflorescened sweetvetch root's Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 202.3 μg ·g ^-1，50.09 μg ·g^-1，13.29 μg ·g ^-1and 70.13 μg ·g ^-1， respectively. The content of var mongolicus(Bge.) hsiao's Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 265.8 μg ·g ^-1，35.44 μg ·g ^-1，8.845 μg ·g ^-1 and 63.08 μg ·g ^-1，respectively.［Conclusions］There are higher contents of these elements in Hei-Long Jiang huang-qi.
