黄芪属植物微量元素Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn含量的测定与比较

摘要:
[目的]研究膜荚黄芪、蒙古黄芪与红芪微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn的含量,为开发利用传统中药提供参考。[方法] 采用校准曲线法用空气- 乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn的含量。[结果]膜荚黄芪中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的含量是802.0 μg ·g -1,72.03 μg ·g -1,23.31 μg ·g -1,136.0 μg ·g -1。红芪中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的含量是202.3 μg ·g-1,50.09 μg ·g -1,13.29 μg ·g -1,70.13 μg ·g-1。蒙古黄芪中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的含量是265.8 μg ·g-1,35.44 μg ·g -1,8.845 μg · g -1,63.08 μg ·g -1。[结论]膜荚黄芪中微量元素较高。

Abstract:
[Objective]To provide reference for rational exploiting and utilizing the plant of Radix Astragalus ( Huang - qi).[Methods]Atomic absorption spectrophotometer were used to determine the content of the trace elements.[Results]The results showed that there were differences among the content of these elements in different kinds of Astragalus membranaceus. the content of astragalus membranaceus,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 802.0 μg ·g -1,72.03 μg ·g -1,23.31 μg ·g-1and 136.0 μg ·g-1,respectively. the content of manyinflorescened sweetvetch root's Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 202.3 μg ·g -1,50.09 μg ·g-1,13.29 μg ·g -1and 70.13 μg ·g -1, respectively. The content of var mongolicus(Bge.) hsiao's Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn is 265.8 μg ·g -1,35.44 μg ·g -1,8.845 μg ·g -1 and 63.08 μg ·g -1,respectively.[Conclusions]There are higher contents of these elements in Hei-Long Jiang huang-qi.
