| ［目的］通过对实行气管内插管术后出现杓状软骨关节脱位（arytenoid cartilage dislocation）病例进行系统回顾，并讨论其发生原因、诊断以及临床处理方法。［方法］系统回顾1995年1月~2006年12月所有气管插管麻醉病人共11809例，统计出现杓状软骨关节脱位的例数。［结果］杓状软骨关节脱位发生率为0.59‰，是气管插管术后比较少见的并发症，其发生原因有多种。［结论］积极的预防可能会避免其发生，一旦发生诊断明确及时处理可痊愈。 |

| ［Objective］To made a systematic reflect and summary about arytenoid cartilage dislocation caused by endotracheal intubation. Its occurrence、diagnosis and treatment are also discussed.［Methods］We reviewed 11809 cases of endotracheal intubation from January, 1995 to November, 2006. 7 cases of arytenoid cartilage dislocation were found from all the patients.［Results］For endotracheal intubation, arytenoid cartilage dislocation occurs infrequently. The total incidence of the complication was 0.59‰.［Conclusions］Early diagnosis and treatment may optimize the possibility of restoring normal voice and laryngeal function. |
