基质金属蛋白酶-9及CD147在口腔鳞癌侵袭转移中的作用

摘要:
[目的]探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和CD147在口腔鳞癌侵袭转移过程中的作用和二者的相互关系。[方法]应用免疫组化方法检测48例口腔鳞癌和10例正常口腔黏膜组织的MMP-9、CD147蛋白的表达。[结果]口腔鳞癌组织和对照组织中MMP-9表达阳性率分别为87.5%和10.0%;CD147表达阳性率分别为 89.6%和20.0%。有、无淋巴结转移组织中,MMP-9表达阳性率分别为100.0%和64.7%;CD147表达阳性率分别100.0%和70.6% 。二者在各组间表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]MMP-9和CD147参与口腔鳞癌的侵袭转移。

Abstract:
[Objective]This study explored the function and correlationship of MMP-9 and CD147 in the invasion and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCC). [Methods]The expressions of MMP-9 and CD147 were detected in 48 cases specimens OSCC group and 10 cases of normal mucosa control group embedded in paraffine by immunohistochemical method.[Results]The positive expression rates of MMP-9 were 87.5% in OSCC group and 10.0%in control group(P<0.01). The rates of CD147 were 89.6% and 20.0% respectively(P<0.01). In the group with metastasis and without the positive expression rates of MMP-9 were 100.0% and 64.7%(P<0.01). The positive expression rates of CD147 were 100.0% and 70.6% respectively(P<0.01).[Conclusions]MMP-9 and CD147 play an important role in the invasion and metastasis.
