一氧化氮(NO)是神经系统中一种重要的信使分子,既有重要的生理功能,同时又表现出神经毒性。在帕金森病(PD)等神经退行性疾病中,NO代谢水平发生相应的变化,并与PD的发生密切相关。本文就NO在PD中的作用及其机制作一概述。 |

Abstract: |
Nitric oxide(NO),an important messenger molecule, plays a key physiological role in central nervous system(CNS).On the other hand, NO also possesses nervous toxicity. The changes of NO expression and metabolism are closely associated with the progression of Parkinson’s disease(PD).The role of NO in PD and its mechanism are introduced in this review. |
