摘要:

牙合创伤是一类比较复杂的咀嚼系统损害疾患，牙合创伤主要是由于咬合力与牙周支持力不平衡所致，是引起咀嚼系统机能障碍的主要原因之一，其对咀嚼系统的损伤也是多方面的。通过调牙合等手段实现牙合重建是治疗牙合创伤的关键。

Abstract:

［Objective］Occlusal traumatism, which arises from the demolition of the balance between the occlusal force and the periodontal strength, is a series of quite complicated damagements in the chewing system. Traumatic occlusion is one of the chief pathogensises that cause the dysfunction of the chewing system, and might give rise to various kinds of serious damagements. How to treat the occlusal traumatism? Occlusal reconstruction is the crux of curing the occlusal traumatism. Significantly, occlusal adjustment is one of the most efficacious means to lead to occlusal reconstruction.
