摘要:

自体外周血干细胞移植为治疗严重的系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）开辟了新途径，就自体外周血干细胞移植治疗SLE的机制、动物实验、病例选择、方法、疗效和存在的问题等进行综述。

Abstract:

Autologous stem cells transplantation has emerged as a new treatment modality for refractory, severe systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). The current status of stem cell transplantation in SLE have been reviewed, including mechanism of treatment, animal experiments, patient selection,methods, efficacy and problems.
