摘要:

［目的］ 阐述有创机械通气气道高压报警的原因及处理措施。［方法］采用计数方法归纳分析136例有创机械通气病人呼吸机高压报警情况。［结果］ 273例次气道高压报警主要原因依次为：人机对抗110次（40.29%）、气道分泌物增多40次（14.65%）、支气管痉挛30次（10.99%）、管路积水25次（9.16%）、报警上限设置不当20次（7.33%）、肺外疾病所致20次（7.33%）。［结论］熟练掌握呼吸机的应用及对呼吸机气道高压报警常见原因的正确分析和及时处理，对提高机械通气病人的呼吸治疗和抢救成功率十分重要。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To investigate the reasons and management of alarm with airway high pressure in mechanical ventilation.［Methods］ Analysis the information about 136 alarm of airway high pressure by counting and inducing.［Results］ There were totally 273 cases of ventilator alarm of airway high pressure including people against machine110 cases(40.29%), increase of secretion in airway 40 cases(14.65%), spasm of bronchi 30 cases(10.99%), accumulated water in tubes 25 cases(9.16%), improper setting for upper limit of alarm 20 cases (7.33%), cases beyond lung diseases 20 (7.33%).［Conclusions］ It is important for doctors to know the causes and management of ventilator alarm of airway high pressure to improve treatment and rate of rescue the mechanical ventilation patients.
