728例利多卡因表面麻醉在纤维喉镜诊疗中的应用

摘要:

［目的］用利多卡因替代地卡因进行表面麻醉，以避免临床使用过程中发生地卡因中毒反应，提高医疗安全。［方法］用2%利多卡因喷雾或镜下直接注入进行表面麻醉。［结果］临床应用728例纤维喉镜诊疗，其中镜下手术为108例，麻醉有效率为100％，满意率为99.7％。［结论］利多卡因较地卡因具有临床使用量安全，副作用小，对组织刺激性小，毒性低，弥散广等不同点，同时兼有组织穿透力强、麻醉效果好等共性，可作为耳鼻喉科部分腔镜诊疗的首选表面麻醉药。

Abstract:

［Objective］ In order to avoid toxic reaction of dicaine in the course of clinic application and occurring medical negligence,we take advantage of lidocaine in superficial anesthesia instead of dicaine. ［Methods］ To spray or drop directly on the surface of mucous with 2%lidocaine. ［Results］Among 728 cases of diagnosis and treatment with laryngofiberscope,involving 198 cases of surgery,effective rate is 100%,satisfactory rate is 99.7%. ［Conclusion］Lidoceeine not only has the advantage of security of absorbed dose,less side-effect,less stimulability to the tissue,lower toxicity wider dispersion,but also the commonness of strong penetrating power,perfect anesthesia effect. It is the preferred anesthesia remedy in otolaryngological surgery with laryngoscope.
