| ［目的］研究妊娠糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus, GDM）规范管理对母儿结局的影响。［方法］前瞻性研究56例规范管理的GDM孕产妇（管理组）产科并发症,并与2 753 例糖代谢正常孕产妇对照（对照组）。［结果］两组剖宫产率、妊娠期高血压疾病、巨大儿 、产后出血、新生儿窒息等母儿并发症比较，无显著差异（P＞0.05）。［结论］早期发现、及时确诊、规范管理，可促进GDM母儿的良好结局。 |

| ［Objective］To research the norm management of GDM exert on the maternal and fetal termination.［Methods］ Have studied prospectively the obstetric complications of the 56 GDM pregnancies (management set) which have been normally managed, and checked against with 2 753 pregnancies (matched set) with
normal glucose metabolism.［Results］Compared the maternal and fetal complications in the two sets ,such as the incidence of cesarean delivery,hypertension of disorders of pregnancy ,macrosomia ,postpartum hemorrhage ,neonatal asphyxia etc ,it didn't show significant difference (P＞0.05).［Conclusion］ Discovered in early days, diagnosed exactly in time, normally managed,can promote the GDM′s maternal and fetal good termination. |
