| ［目的］ 探讨凋亡抑制基因Survivin蛋白在前列腺癌（PCa）中的表达及临床意义。［方法］应用免疫组织化学方法，检测43例前列腺癌和5例正常前列腺组织中Survivin蛋白的表达。［结果］PCa组织Survivin蛋白的表达率为81.40%（35/43），其中低、中、高分化腺癌的阳性表达率分别为100%、84.62%、57.14%; 临床分期A-B、C-D期阳性表达率分别为72.41%、100%。5例正常前列腺组织中未见阳性表达。［结论］ Survivin蛋白的表达与前列腺癌临床病理特征和生物学行为有密切关系，检测Survivin对诊断前列腺癌、判断其恶性程度及预后均有一定参考价值。 |

| ［Objective］To explore the expression and the clinical significance of survivin proteins in tissues of prostatic carcinoma (PCa). ［Methods］ The
immunohistological staining was used to evaluate the expression of survivin protein in 43 cases of prostatic carcinoma (PCa) and 5 cases of normal prostate (NP).
［Results］ The positive rate of survivin protein was 81.40% (35/43) in PCa, the rates were 100%, 84.62%,57.14% in the low, middle and high differentation prostatic
carcinoma groups respectively, the rates were 72.41% and 100% in stage A-B and C-D. Expression of surviving protein in 5 cases of normal prostate(NP) was negative. ［Conclusion］ Detection of survivin is valuable for making diagnosis, and evaluating malignancy and prognosis of PCa. |
