芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗癌痛的临床观察

摘要:

［目的］观察芬太尼透皮贴剂(多瑞吉)对晚期癌症伴中、重度疼痛患者的镇痛效果及不良反应。［方法］对67例患者给予芬太尼透皮贴镇痛治疗：初始剂量25～50 μg/h，最大为300 μg/h。 ［结果］治疗前疼痛程度评分均值为7.42±1.42，治疗后为1.73±1.21，疼痛程度显著减轻(P<0.01) ,总有效率92.54%，其中中度缓解率16.42%，明显缓解率47.76%，完全缓解率28.36%。副作用少且较轻微，治疗后患者的生活质量明显改善(P<0.05)。 ［结论］芬太尼透皮贴可有效控癌性疼痛，副作用少，值得大力推广。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transdermal fentanyl in treatment of middle to severe cancer pain. ［Method］ Altogether 67 patients were treated with one transderrnal fentanyi. The initial dose was 25～50 μg/h and the maximal dose being 300 μg/h. ［Results］ Baseline mean pain intensity was 7.42±1.42，the mean scores of pain were decreased to 1.73±1.21 after treatment,respectively(P<0.01).The total remission rate of pain were 92.54%，the moderate， effective and excellent rates were 16.42%,47.76% and 28.36%.The quality of life was significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05).It had few and slight side-effects. ［Conclusion］ Transdermal fentanyi is effective in relieving cancer pain with slightside-effects and can be populized clinically.
