[目的] 了解HSP60、HSP70及P53在慢性胰腺炎组织及胰腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。[方法] 应用免疫组织化学ABC法检测HSP60、HSP70及P53在慢性胰腺炎12例、癌旁组织及胰腺癌63例(其中高、中、低分化各为14、23、26例)中的表达,结果进行卡方检验及相关性分析。 [结果] 在慢性胰腺炎、癌旁组织及胰腺癌中,HSP60的过表达率17%、10%、70%(P<0.01);HSP70的过表达率25%、13%、75%(P<0.01)。在高、中、低分化胰腺癌中,HSP60的过表达率43%、70%、85%(P>0.05〉; HSP70的过表达率36%、78%、92%(P<0.01)。HSP70的过表达率与是否发生淋巴结转移有显著关系(P<0.05);P53在胰腺癌中的表达率59%,与HSP60、HSP70在胰腺癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论] 胰腺癌是HSP60、HSP70高表达肿瘤,HSP70与胰腺癌临床病理特征和生物学行为有更密切的关系。P53与HSP60、HSP70在肿瘤中的表达密切相关。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] The experiment discovered the expression and significance of HSP60,HSP70,P53 in chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. [Methods]Immunohistochemical staining avidin-biotin complex was used to detect the expression of HSP60,HSP70,P53 in specimens of 12 cases of chronic pancreatitis,63 cases of tumor-surrounding tissues and pancreatic cancer(the amount of high differetiation were 14 cases,middle 23 cases,low 26 cases). The result was analyzed in chi-square test and correlation test. [Result] In chronic pancreatitis,tumor-surrounding tissues and pancreatic cancer,the overexpression rate of HSP60 was 17%,10%, 70%(P<0.01);The overexpression rate of HSP70 was 25%,13%,75%(P<0.01)。In the high,middle,low differetiational pancreatic cancer, the overexpression rate of HSP60 was 43%,70%,85%(P>0.05); the overexpression rate of HSP70 was 36%,78%,92%(P<0.01).The overexpression of HSP70 showed significant difference between groups with lymph node metastasis and without(P<0.05);The expression rate of P53 in pancreatic cancer tissues was 59%,correlated with the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 in pancreatic cancer(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Pancreatic carcinoma
is the tumor of high expression of HSP60 and HSP70.HSP70 had tight relation withclinic-pathological character and biological behaviors of pancreatic carcinoma.P53
