[目的] 探讨肿瘤标志物TSGF、AFP和CEA联合检测对肿瘤早期诊断及肿瘤防治的意义。[方法] 对310例病例人(60例肝癌、60例直肠癌、50例肝癌直肠癌术后、100例疑似肿瘤者及40例肝肺良病变者),空腹采静脉血测定血清TSGF、AFP和CEA,检测结果进行统计分析。[结果]①310例血清标本同时分别检测TSGF、AFP和CEA时,总阳性检出率分别为42.6%、25.2%、26.5%,TSGF阳性检出率远高于AFP和CEA;②肝癌阳性检出率TSGF最高(81%),AFP次之(为68%),CEA最低(为13%);③直肠癌阳性检出率CEA(为65%)稍高于TSGF(为61%),二者较接近,而AFP(为13%)远远低于CEA和TSGF;④肝肺良性病变时CEA、TSGF及AFP亦有增高者(其阳性检出率分别为20%、12.5%和5%)。[结论] 肿瘤标志物TSGF、AFP和CEA联合检测有利于提高肿瘤的阳性检出率,对肿瘤的早诊早治、术后监察及预防有重要意义。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To examine the expressions of TSGF,AFP and CEA in venous blood of tumor patients and study the roles of their expressions in the early diagnosis and treatment and the prevention of tumors. [Method] Venous blood of310 patients (60 liver cancer patients,60 rectal cancer patients,50 post-operation patients of liver cancer and rectal cancer,100 suspect patients of tumors and 40 patients with benign lesion in liver and lung) was got on an empty stomach to detect the expressions of TSGF,AFP and CEA. The results were analyzed with SPSS soft. [Results] 1) The positive expressions of TSGF,AFP and CEA in 310 serum specimens were 42.6%,25.2% and 26.5%,respectively, and the positive expression of TSGF was significantly higher than those of AFP and CEA. 2) The positive expressions of TSGF,AFP and CEA in liver cancer were 81%,68% and13%,respectively. 3)In rectal cancer, there was no significant difference between the positive expressions of CEA(65%) and TSGF(61%), but the positive expression of AFP(13%)was significantly lower than those of the former two. 4) In benign lesion in liver and lung, the positive expressions of CEA,TSGF and AFP were 20%,12.5% and 5% , respectively. [Conclusion] It may be helpful for early diagnosis and treatment, post-operation monitoring and prevention of tumors to detect the expressions of the three gene products. |
