[目的] 探讨液体衰减反转恢复(fluid attenuated inversion recovery,FLAIR)序列在急性蛛网膜下腔出血中的诊断价值。[方法] 回顾性分析蛛网膜下腔出血15例,所有患者在发病2 d内均进行CT和MR检查,MR检查序列包含SE序列的T1WI和T2WI以及FLAIR序列,CT与MR检查时间间隔少于30 min。对比分析它们对蛛网膜下腔出血的敏感性。[结果] 在15例蛛网膜下腔出血患者中,常规SE序列上只有7例在T1WI上出现异常信号,而CT和FLAIR序列对所有病例均能作出诊断,FLAIR在确定病变的范围方面要优于CT。[结论] FLAIR序列对蛛网膜下腔出血的敏感性高,临床怀疑蛛网膜下腔出血的患者在行MR检查时应常规应用FLAIR序列,以提高MR对蛛网膜下腔出血诊断的准确性。 |

[Objective] To explore the diagnosis value of FLAIR in subarachnoid hemorrhage. [Methods] Fifteen subarachnoid hemorrhage patients were retrospectively analysed. CT and MR were performed within 2 days after the ictus. The MR sequence included the T1WI and T2WI of conventional SE, and FLAIR sequence. The sensitivity of them to subarachnoid hemorrhage was evaluated. [Results] Among the 15 subarachnoid hemorrhage, only 7 case were diagnosed on
conventional SE sequences, which appeared as abnormal signal on T1WI. All the cases were diagnosed on CT or FLAIR. FLAIR was superior to CT in defining the exte
nt of the lesion. [Conclusion] FLAIR is very sensitive to subarachnoid hemorrhage. When the MRI examination is performed for the patients clinically suspected of subarachnoid hemorrhage, the examination protocol should include FLAIR in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy. |
