用动力学方法预测特比萘芬凝胶剂的贮藏期

摘要:
[目的]用动力学方法预测特比萘芬凝胶剂的贮藏期。[方法] 精密称取特比萘芬凝胶剂1.0 g,至容器内密封。在恒温水浴中于不同实验点加温,取出后加入30~50 mL异丙醇,超声15 min后用滤纸过滤至50 mL容量瓶中并用异丙醇定容,然后精密移取1 mL溶液至25 mL容量瓶中,用异丙醇定容摇匀后,取样在紫外分光光度计上于285 nm处测定,获得A值然后代入标准曲线方程算得特比萘芬的浓度,然后用T0.9法算得贮藏期。[结果] 用上述方法对特比萘芬凝胶剂进行处理、测定,其方法学较稳定,回收率较高,预测其贮藏期为:常温(25℃)下69.6 d,冷藏(7℃)下190.7 d。[结论] 方法可行、简便,所得结果具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:
[Objective] Predict the store of terbinafine gel with the kinetic method. [Methods] Precisely sampling the terbinafine gel 1.0g into container, sealed. Heat it at different experimental points ibllk constant temperature water bath, then take it out, add 30~50 mL isopropanol, after ultrasounel 15 min, filtrate it to 50 mL capacity bottle. Add isopropanol to scale. Precisely transfer 1 mL the solution to 25 mL capacity bottle, add isopropanol to scale, shake up, sampling it and measure it at 285 nm wavelength. Obtain A. Work the concentration of terbinafine with standard curve equation. Then obtain the store by T0.9 method. [Results] The method that we deal with terbinafine gel and measure it with is stable. Recovery of the mean is higher. Predict the store is 69.5 d at 25℃,190.7 d at 25℃. [Conclusion] The method is rapid, simple and feasible.The result has definite referenced vale.
