摘要:

［目的］比较Dyract与光固化复合树脂即刻修复冠折露髓年轻恒前牙的临床疗效。［方法］ 60颗冠折露髓患牙随机分成两组，一组（30颗牙）采用Dyract复合体修复，另一组（30颗牙）采用光固化复合树脂修复。［结果］ 经过1～2年追踪观察，Dyract组成功率93.3%，复合树组成功率73.3%，治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）。［结论］ Dyract复合体粘结性强，对牙髓刺激性小，是修复冠折露髓年轻恒前牙的理想材料。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To compare the effection of Dyract compomer and composite resin in repairing young permanent incisors with exposed pulps in fractured crown. ［Method］Sixty fractured crown with exposed pulps was divided into two groups, in wich one group (30 teeth) was repaired by Dyract compomer and another group(30 teeth) treated by light cured composite resin. ［Results］ It showed that the success rats was 93.3% for Dyract group and 73.3% for composite resin that there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ The Dyract compomer was better adhesion to tooth substance and less stimulation to dental pulp than that in light cured composite resin was ,so it indicates that Dyract compomer is one kind of ideal material to repair young permanent incisors with exposed pulps in fractured crown.
