大鼠模拟循经感传的体感诱发电位观察及纳洛酮的翻转作用

摘要:
[目的]作为最常见的临床经络现象,循经感传是一种循径路走行的异常感觉,机制正在探索中。研究其机理,应重视大脑皮层的功能变化。本实验研究模拟循经感传对大脑皮层功能的影响。[方法]应用电脉冲感传治疗仪循经递序经皮下连续电脉冲刺激大鼠一侧前肢特定径路模拟循经感传, 观察大脑皮层相应部位体感诱发电位的潜伏期及波幅变化,并观察纳洛酮的作用。[结果]与模拟前相比,模拟循经感传30 min后, SEP双侧潜伏期缩短,波幅降低(P<0.05);停止模拟30 min后双侧 SEP潜伏期及波幅恢复至模拟前水平(P>0.05);纳洛酮能翻转模拟循经感传所引起的潜伏期缩短、波幅降低的效应(P>0.05)。[结论] 模拟循经感传使大脑皮层细胞的兴奋性降低、感觉传导过程易化; 纳洛酮的翻转效应揭示模拟循经感传可能导致内源性阿片类物质产生或释放增多。

Abstract:
[Objective] As a most often phenomenon of meridian, the phenomenon of perceptual extension is an abnormal sensation, its mechanism is unknown. To study the mechanism, the function of cerebral cortex should be paid attention to. The test was designed to observe the effect to brain by imitating perceptual extension in rats. [Methods] With the electric pulse therapeutic instrument to imitate the perceptual extension course by successive electric pulse stimulation through the special meridian under the skin of left forelimbs in 36 Sprague-Dawley rats. Change of SEP was observed. [Results] As compared with the data before imitating, perceptual extension on a single side forelimb could lower wave latitude and shorten latency of the both sides of SEP(P<0.05);the course above- mentioned was reversible during a short time (≤30 minutes) (P>0.05); naloxone could reverse the above-mentioned effect(P>0.05). [Conclusions] The course of imitating perceptual extension can lower excitability of cerebral cortex and makes the sensation conduction pathway easier. The course above- mentioned is reversible; Naloxone that is the special antagonist of opioid receptor can reverse the above-mentioned effect, which suggests the course of perceptual extension relate to the release of endogenous opioid substances.
