人血纤维蛋白胶保存条件的研究

摘要:
[目的]探讨在不同条件影响下,制备的冷沉淀中关键活性成分含量的变化,以确定纤维蛋白胶的最适保存期。[方法]测定不同时间、不同温度冷沉淀中关键成分的含量变化及其与凝血酶相关性。[结果] 纤维蛋白胶中的纤维结合蛋白下降幅度为2.05%;纤维蛋白原下降幅度为0.4%。[结论] 纤维结合蛋白受温度、时间影响较大,纤维蛋白原较为稳定,同时证明纤维结合蛋白具有结合细胞和胶原的独特作用。纤维蛋白胶在4℃可放置5~6d,在室温也可放置2~3d。这样避免了临床使用时突发事件造成血液资源浪费。

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the changes of the key active component con tent of the prepared cold deposition under different conditions in order to dete rmine the optimum storage time limit of human blood fibrin glue. [Methods] Detect the changes of the key active component content of the prepared cold deposition in different storage time and different temperature and research the relatio nship with thrombin. [Result] The decreasing of the fibronectin in the fibrin glue is 2.05% and the fibrinogen is 0.4%. [Conclusion] The fibronectin is easy to be influenced by temperature and storage time but the fibrinogen is not. The result also shows that the fibronectin can bind to cells and the collagen and fibr in glue is stable for five-six days of the storage at 4℃ and for two-three days at room temperature. That can avoid the precious blood be dallied away in clin ical emergency events.
