[目的]免疫固定电泳法(IFE)检测非浓缩尿中的本-周氏蛋白,并与传统检测方法(热沉淀反应法)相比较。[方法]对80例临床申请本-周氏蛋白检测的尿标本分别以免疫固定电泳和热沉淀反应法检测尿中本-周氏蛋白,并对20例免疫固定法检出的本-周氏蛋白呈阳性的病人的尿液做尿蛋白定性。[结果]80例标本用免疫固定电泳法测定,20例呈本-周氏蛋白阳性,其中12例属于κ型、8例属于λ型;用热沉淀法测定全为阴性。20例免疫固定电泳法中本周氏蛋白的病人尿液蛋白定性呈-~+3。[结论]利用免疫固定电泳法测定尿中本-周氏蛋白,具有特异性好和灵敏度高的优点,其技术作为筛选和确认本-周氏蛋白方法而受到推荐 ;热沉淀反应法则因检测过程中的影响因素太多,灵敏度和特异度差,而应被取代。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To evaluate immunofixation electropho resis (IFE) and to compare it with conventional manual heat test method for detection of Bence Jones (BJ) protein in nonconcentrated urine. [Methods] To Perform IFE and heat test for urinary proteins analysis in 80 urine samples. [Result]There were 20 samples detected to have BJ proteins (12 kappa chain and 8 Lamda chain) in urine by IFE, whereas negative urine BJ proteins by heat test. [Conclusions]The heat test for BJ proteins should be replaced by IFE because of its bad sensitivity and specificity. The IFE method has good sensitivity and specificity for screening and identification of BJ proteins in urine. |
