摘要:

上皮钙黏附素（E-cadherin）介导同型细胞之间的黏附，在胚胎发育过程及维持组织完整性中起重要作用，并被认为是一种肿瘤抑制分子。 E-cadherin表达异常及功能障碍可促进上皮性肿瘤的侵袭与转移，同时与连环素（catenin）也有着一定的相关性。

Abstract:

E-cadherin induces the adherence of the same type of cells, which is an important part in the development of the embryo and the maintenance of integrality of tissues. E-cadherin is considered as a tumor suppressor molec ule. The abnormal expression and malfunction of E-cadherin could accelerate the infiltration and metastasis of epithelial tumors. It also has the relationship with catenin.
