16S-23S rRNA间区基因RFLP用于病原菌区分

摘要:
[目的] 探讨16S-23S rRNA间区基因RFLP用于临床常见病原菌区分的可能性。[方法] 183株临床分离来的细菌经荧光PCR扩增后进行不完全限制性酶切,产物进行毛细管电泳。[结果] 所有细菌的酶切产物经毛细管电泳后,不同细菌产生不同的RFLP谱图,互相之间能够明显区分。[结论] 该方法可以将临床常见病原菌准确区分到种的程度,极有应用价值。

Abstract:
[Objective] The differentation possibility of 16S-23S rRNA spacer reg ion will be evaluated in this study. [Method] Total 183 strains collected from c linical patients were amplified by fluorescence-PCR and then digested by restric tion endonuclease Hae III incompletely. [Result] All the bacteria could be ide nt ified as definitely as the spices level. Different bacteria gave different RFLP patterns. [Conclusion] The method used in this study was a valuable alternativ e to the bacterial differentiation for clinical use.
