[目的] 研究单亲和双亲亲子鉴定结果的准确性。[方法] 采用AmpFe STR TM Identifiler PlusTM荧光标记复合系统,通过310遗传分析仪对213例亲子鉴定进行基因型分型。[结果] 双亲排除案例的排除指标均为3个以上。单亲排除案例中,观察到3例排除指标小于3个,后经增加检测母亲遗传信息,排除指标均大于3个。排除案例中双亲组的排除指标比单亲组平均多2个。不排除案例中,双亲组的RCP均大于99.9999%;在单亲组中RCP值明显偏低,有29.3%案例低于99.73%,只有24%的案例RCP大于99.99%。[结论] 缺少一方的单亲鉴定对鉴定结果有明显影响。 |

Analyze difference of paternity testing between single-parent group and double-parent goup |

Abstract: |
[Objective] Study the accuracy of single-parent and double-parent paternity-testing.[Methods] AmpFe STR TM Identifiler Plus TM kit was used to perform PCR, the amplified products were processed through ABI PRISM310 genetic analyzer and the genotypes of all alleles was gotten through GeneScan software and GenoTyper software.[Results] In all excluding cases of double-parent group, the excluded STR loci were more than 3; compared in the simple-parent group that there were 3 cases the excluded STR loci were less than 3, when in those cases the mother sample was added, the excluded STR loci exceeded 3. The mean excluded STR loci in the double-parent group were 2 more than that in simple-parent group. In no-excluded cases, the RCP of all the double-parent group were more than 99.9999%, but in the simple-parent group, 29.3% cases were less than 99.73% and only 24% cases exceeded 99.99%. [Conclusion] Absence one of parent sample will obviously influence the paternity-testing result. |
