| ［目的］ 观察氨肽素治疗复发性口腔溃疡（ROU）的疗效。［方法］ 260例ROU 患者随机分为两组，对照组病人行传统治疗，而实验组病人应用氨肽素口服，3次/d，4周为1个疗程。观察用药期间溃疡愈合时间及复发时间、溃疡个数。［结果］ 氨肽素可以减轻疼痛，加快愈合，明显延长复发时间，减少溃疡个数。实验组有效率96.4%，对照组65%，具有显著性差异，P<0.05 。［结论］ 氨肽素治疗ROU 有一定的应用价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］ To observe the clinical effect of Ampeptide Elements used in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU). ［Methods］ Of 260 patients with ROU were divided into two groups, the patients in control group were griven traditional trentment and patients in experiment group were given Ampeptide Element for taking 3 times per day. The treatment course was 4 weeks, the duration of ulcer healing and lasting ,the number of ulcer were recorded. ［Results］ Ampeptide Element had rule of relieve pain ,could reduce ulcer number, promoted ulcer to healed ,extended recurret time. The effective ratio of treated group is 96.4%, while that of control goup is 65% there is a statistical significant difference between those two groups(P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ Ampeptide Elemente is a effective medicine on treatment of ROU. |
