摘要:

［目的］ 研究CAMP视觉刺激仪+凸透镜+三棱镜（CAMP+CONVEX+PRISM，以下简称 CCP）三者结合应用对近视儿童异常调节性集合与调节的比率（简称AC/A）的影响。［方法］对大连医科大学第二临床学院视光门诊的330名患者，根据其年龄、屈光状态、隐斜性质分组，分别进行CCP综合训练，3个月后记录其AC/A及隐斜度的变化。［结果］ 患者AC/A及隐斜度治疗前后不同组有不同的变化。1)在内隐斜组中低、中度组AC/A减小，内隐斜度减小具有统计意义（P<0.05），高度组AC/A及隐斜度的变化均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；2)外隐斜患者治疗前后AC/A没有变化（P＞0.05）。6～12岁患者治疗前后外隐斜度的变化无统计学意义（P＞0.05），12～16岁患者外隐斜度减小，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。［结论］ 青少年进行性近视中，AC/A的异常与眼外肌的失衡可能互为因果，其导致了眼轴的不断延长和近视眼的深度化。CCP综合训练对恢复正常AC/A及眼肌的平衡有促进作用。

Abstract:

［Objective］To study CAMP vision simulating apparatus,convex and prism(CCP) comprehensive exercises'effect on myopia children with abnormal ratio of accommodative convergence and accommodation(AC/A).［Methods］ Divide three hundred and thirty children volunteers into different groups according to age,refractive condition,the character of heterophria.They are trained by CCP comprehensive exercises for three months.［Results］ The patients' AC/C and heterophoria degree have differently changed after trainment in different groups.1)In heterophoria group,low and middle degree myopia group patients'AC/A are enlarged and their esophoria diopter are reduced.High degree myopia group patients' AC/C and heterophoria degree have no statistical changes. 2)The exophoria patients'AC/A have no changes. The six to twelve patients' exophoria degree have no statistical changes. The twelve to sixteen patients' exophoria degree are reduced.It have statistical significance.［Conclusion］ The CCP comprehensive exercises have certain help to recover normal AC/A and the balance of extraocular muscles.
