| 摘要: |
| [目的 ]探讨血浆置换疗法治疗天疱疮的疗效。 [方法 ]回顾性分析曾接受血浆置换疗法的 8例天疱疮患者的临床资料。[结果 ]8例天疱疮患者血浆置换后皮损均不同程度减轻 ,其中 2例尼氏征数日内由阳性迅速转为阴性 ;5例全身症状好转 ;4例检测天疱疮抗体滴度者 ,3例下降 ,1例无改变 ;3例糖皮质激素用量减少 ,另 1例第 3次血浆置换后糖皮质激素用量比第 1次减少。 [结论 ]血浆置换疗法辅助治疗天疱疮可取得较好的疗效。 |

| [Objective] To discuss the therapeutic effect of plasma exchange in pemphigus.[Methods] Analysis the therapeutic effect of plasma exchange in pemphigus by restrospective analytic method.[Result]Skin lesions of 8 patients improved after plasma exchange and Nikolsky’s sign of 2 patients became negative from positive;General symptoms of 5 patients ameliorated;Titer of pemphigus antibody decreased in 3 patients and unchanged in 1 patient;Dosage of glucocorticosteroid decreased in 4 patients.[Conclusion] Better effect of plasma exchange in pemphigus can be achieved as a kind of adjunctive therapy. |
