突发感音神经性耳聋932例的治疗体会

摘要:

[目的 ]探讨葛根素治疗突发感音神经性耳聋。 [方法 ]对 1997～ 2 0 0 3年收治的 932例突聋患者随机分成两组 (葛根素组、低分子右旋糖苷组 )。 [结果 ]经高压氧微波等综合治疗多个疗程后 ,葛根素组疗效满意总有效率达 81.71% ,低分子右旋糖苷组疗效总有效率 5 7.15 %。 [结论 ]葛根素组综合治疗突聋疗效满意 ,但因突聋病因复杂、病变程度不同亦有许多因素影响其疗效及预后。

Abstract:

[Objective ] To evaluate the better method study about the experience of the treatment sudden eafness. [Methods] Experience of treatment about 932 sudden deafness patients from 1997 to 2003 into two groups randomly.[Result] The Gegensu group get a satisfied curative effect, the effective rate reach to 81.71% , the Dextran reach to 57.15% [Conclusion ] The methods of Gegensu group Get a satisfied effective curative, but the cause of sudden deafness is complicated , the degree of the disease is different , a lot of effects influence curative effect and prognosis.
