摘要:

[目的 ]探讨Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤的影像学表现 ,研究其CT、MR的诊断要点。[方法 ]回顾 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 4年经病理证实为Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤的 2 3个病例 ,全部行CT、MR检查 ,对其影像结果进行分析。[结果 ]幕上肿瘤 18例 ,幕下 5例 ;边界清楚的有 18例 ,不清楚 5例 ;无明显水肿 16例 ,轻度水肿 5例 ,中度水肿 2例 ;增强后不强化 15例 ;囊性 4例 ,实质性 17例。 [结论 ]Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤在影像学上有一定特征性表现 ,肿瘤发生部位以幕上浅部为主 ,边界较清 ,瘤周水肿及占位效应较轻 ;出血、坏死较少见 ,增强后多不强化。掌握其影像学特点有助于定性诊断指导临床治疗。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the image manifestation of grade Ⅰ astrocytoma and research the main diagnostic point. [Methods] A retrospective review of 23 cases of grade Ⅰ astrocytoma from 2001～2004 proved pathologically was done; All data had plane scan and enhanced scan, and analysis it. [Result] Eighteen cases was upon the tentorium cerebelli and 5 cases was in the cerebelli;18 cases was well defined,5 cases not;16 case was not edema ,5 cases was mild edema,2 cases was midia edema;No enhancement after contract was found 15 cases; Cystic degeneration was found 4 cases, 17 cases was in solid lesion. [Conclusions] There are some special appearance with grade Ⅰ astrocytoma,most tumors are upon the tentorium cerebelli, with well defined and mild edema;few cases are with hemonhage and necrosis, the enhancement after contract is not appearance. The image manifestation of grade Ⅰ astrocytoma is benefit for the diagnosis and treatment.
