| [目的 ]探讨结肠黑变病的病因以及结肠黑变病与肿瘤的关系。 [方法 ]对 2 0 0 2年 9月～ 2 0 0 3年 12月经结肠镜检出的 2 4例结肠黑变病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。 [结果 ]2 4例中便秘 2 1例 ,服泻药 18例 ,病变累及全结肠 15例 ,合并腺瘤性息肉 2例 ,合并结肠癌 1例。 [结论 ]结肠黑变病病因主要与便秘和服泻药有关 ,结肠黑变病与肿瘤可能有一定的关系。 |

| [Objective] To explore the causes of melanosis coli as well as its relationship with neoplasm.[Methods] The clinical data of 24 patients with melanosis coli diagnosed by endoscopy from September,2002 to December,2003 were retrospectively analyzed.[Results] Of 24 cases ,21 cases had constipation with 18 of which had used laxatives, 15 cases were affected throughout their whole colon,1 case had colon cancer ,and 2 cases had adenomatous polyps.[Conclusions] Melanosis coli is mainly related with constipation and abuse of laxatives and possibly related with neoplasm. |
