| Endotoxin is an ingredient of gram-negative bacterial cell wall. It can mediate several pathogenic effects but also has some beneficial bioactivities. In this paper, the main inspection methods sush as Colorimetry, gelation, nephelometer, ELISA and flow cytometry and the significance of endotoxin inspection to digestive system disease, bacteria infection disease and fever are summarized. |
