摘要:
维生素D受体(Vitamin D receptor,VDR)属于类固醇类激素,在体内主要介导维生素D的细胞作用.其基因上存在多个多态性位点,并与许多疾病发生有关.本文主要介绍了VDR的结构及功能、以及VDR基因多态性和与其相关的疾病.
