影响磁共振弥散加权成像信号的因素

摘要:
磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)反映了水分子的微观弥散运动,是从细胞及分子水平来进行疾病研究的新技术;其成像原理及影响因素较复杂.对b值(即弥散敏感因子)、表观弥散系数(ADC)、各向异性、T2穿透效应及伪影等影响因素分别加以阐述,有助于对弥散成像信号的理解.

Abstract:
MR diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) reflects the microscopic Brownian motion of water molecules. It is a new technology for disease research from the cellular and molecular level. And the imaging principles and influencing factors are complex. The authors discussed the influencing factors such as bvalues , apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC),anisotropy,T2 shine-through effect and artifacts, which is helpful for understanding of DWI signal
