| 肿胀麻醉技术与经乳晕下半圆形弧形切口乳房单切术的结合治疗男性乳房肥大症。［方法］ 6年来为65例113侧男性乳房肥大症患者，实行了肿胀麻醉下经乳晕下半圆形弧形切口乳房整形术。 ［结果］ 患侧乳 房切除100～600 g腺体及周围组织，除个别出现血肿、积液外，未发生乳头、乳晕坏死等并发症。经过0.5～3.0 a的随访，外形良好，患者满意。［结论］ 肿胀麻醉技术可以使手术更加安全，损伤轻，出血少，恢复快。经乳晕下半圆形弧形切口乳房整形术，切口痕迹不明显，乳头乳晕无变形，可以充分满足男性乳房肥大症患者的要求。 |

| Abstract: |
| Combine tumescent anesthesia with simple mastectomy through a periareolar incision for gynecomastia. ［Methods］ In the 6 years we treated 65 cases (113 sizes ) of gynecomastia with simple mastectomy through a periareolar incision and tumescent anesthesia. ［Results］ The tumescent anesthesia was effective.About 100～600 grams breast tissue was resected from one breast .There have been no severe postoperative compications ,such as nipple or areola necrosis. Follow-up from half a year to three years showed satisfactory results. ［Conclusion］ The new operation for gynecomastia with simple mastectomy through a periareolar incision and tumescent anesthesia is a good ,reliable and convenient technique. |
