| 比较根管预备３种方法的优缺点并且进行叠加应用，观察其对根管治疗术适填率的影响。 ［方法］ 对10名老年人口腔内的15颗双尖牙进行根管预备3种方法的叠加应用。［结果］ 根管预备3种方法的叠加应用使根管治疗术的适填率达93.3%。 ［结论］ 根管预备3种方法的叠加应用使根管治疗术的适填率得到进一步提高, 保存了牙根，为医生下一步进行缺牙修复创造了有利条件。 |

| Abstract: |
| To apply three methods in compound basis and evaluate their affect on perfect filling rate in root canal therapy. ［Method］ Compound utilizing of three methods was applied to 15 pieces of teeth in 10 veteran patients. ［Result］ The perfect filling rate in root canal therapy achieves at 93.3% through compound utilizing of three methods. ［Conclusion］ The compound utilization of three methods can dramatically improve perfect filling rate in root canal therapy. |
