17例面颈部恶性淋巴瘤的临床分析

摘要:

通过对临床表现及最终的病理确诊原发 于面颈部恶性淋巴瘤的治疗，分析术前术后化疗的治疗效果。［方法］收集了大连市口腔医院1989～1999年收治的17例面颈部恶性淋巴瘤，对其发病年龄、临床表现、病理作一分析。［结果］本组用COP方案10例，均完成6～9个疗程。CHOP 4例均完成6个疗程。COBP 2 例，分别完成5、6个疗程，5～8个月。经随访未治失访1例，1.5、2.0 a死亡各1例， 存活的14例中，5 a以上的7例，3、4 a的3例，2、3 a的4例。［结论］恶性淋巴瘤的治疗主要以化疗为主，且以联合化疗效果最佳，术前术后化疗对恶性淋巴瘤的近期临床疗效满意

Abstract:

To analyze the effect of chemotherapy before and after operation by curing the lymphoma origining from face and neck diagnosed by clinical symptom and final pathological diagnosis. ［Methods］ Sev enteen patients suffering lymphoma were observed from 1989 to 1999 and age, clin ical symptom and pathology of the patients were analyzed. ［Results］ Ten in 17 were treated with COP and suffered 6～9 periods of treatment; 4 suffered 6 periods of tr eatment with CHOP; 2 suffered 5，6 periods of treatment with COBP.1 was lost, 2 was dead in 1.5～2.0 years. in the rest,5 survived for more than 5 years,3 for 3 ，4 years and 4 for 2，3 years. ［Conclusion］ The therapy of malignant lymphoma mainly depends on chemotherapy and specially united chemotherapy. It's satisfying and undoubted for Malignant lymphoma performing chemotherapy before and after surgery.
