摘要:

[目的] 分析和探讨囊性脑膜瘤的诊断和治疗.[方法] 对1993年1月～2002年7月收治的18例颅内囊性脑膜瘤进行回顾性分析.[结果] 肿瘤实质及囊壁全切11例,肿瘤全切加囊壁部分切除5例,肿瘤及囊壁大部分切除2例,无手术死亡和严重并发症.[结论] 脑膜瘤由于囊性变而加速了病情发展,引起严重的临床症状,且往往误诊为其他性质的病变.应尽早手术,手术多能全切病变而取得较好的疗效.

Abstract:

To discuss the diagnosis and treat ment of cystic meningioma.［Methods］ Eighteen cases of cystic meningioma patie nts which had been treated in our hospital from January 1993 to july 2002 were analyzed.　［Results］　Total s urgical were done in 11 cases,subtotal resection in 5 cases,part resection in 2 cases.Ne ither postoperative paralysis nor mortality occur.　［Conclusions］ cystic menin gioma could sometime misdiagnosed from other disorder and severs clinical sympto ms because of its cystformation and rapid growth . Most tumors can be totally rem oved and good treatment effect
