| Chemotherapy is one of the important methods of treating leukaemia. Recently the new chemotherapeutic drugs always appear endlessly, and the plan of chemotherapy update endlessly. But the total catabatic rate and viability are still low. The important reason is the multidrug resistance of leukemic cells to chemotherapeutic drugs. This article sums up the new methods of reversing leukemic MDR. |
