Abstract:
In order to know the relation betwee n infection of TORCH on pregnant woman and absorted history in pregnant woman in Dalian .To evaluat e the feasibility of DIGFA for the measurement of TORCH . [ Method ] We dete ct ed Anti-TORCH IgG and IgM in 240 pregnant woman and 46 querists by using DIGFA . At the same time ,we applied ELISA to detect Anti-TORCH IgG in 240 pregnant wom an in order to compare two method . [Results] Of 240 pregnant woman ,the ant ibody IgM positive rate of four pathogent were 1.25%, 2.08%, 3.75%, 1.25%; the anti body IgG positive rate were 6.67%,87.92%,79.58%,60.4%. of 46 querists, the antibody IgM positive rate of four pathogens were 6.5% 8.7%19.6% 6.5%;by ELI SA , the antibody IgG positive rate were 6.25%,86.25%,77.08%,59.17%.There wasn't si gnificant difference between the antibody IgG positive rate of two methods by st atistical analysis (P>0.05). [Conclusion ] Detecting the infection of TOR CH in pregnant woman is very useful to reveal cause of harmful effects .DIGFA is a se nsitive ,rapid and easy measurement
