| 摘要: |
| 探讨在细菌性肺炎和结核中CA125临床 诊断价值。［方法］ 采用电化学发光方法检测血清中CA125。［结果］ 肺炎患者血清C A125值为（54.54±52.39）IU/mL，肺结核为（203.83±269.80）IU/mL,均比正常对照 组显著升高(P<0.01)，肺炎患者CA125含量明显 低于肺癌患者(167.71±421.63)IL/mL和结核（包括肺结核和结核性胸膜炎）患者，治疗后 肺炎和结核患者血清CA125含量明显下降（P<0.01）。［结论］ 动态监测CA125是诊断 细菌性肺炎和结核及观察疗效的重要参考指标 |

| To explore the value of CA125 in the serum in the diagnos is of pneumonia and tuberculosis(pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculous pleuris y ) . ［Method］ The serum level of CA125 was assayed by electrochemiluminescen ce immunoassay. ［Result］ The serum level of CA125 was notably elevated in pneumo ni a and tuberculosis( pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculous pleurisy ) compared w ith the control group(P<0.01). The CA125 level of pneumonia was notably decrease d compared with that of pulmonary cancer and tuberculosis (pulmonary tuberculos is and tuberculous pleurisy ).The serum level of CA125 in the pneumonia and tube rculosis decreased notably after treatment(P<0.01). ［Conclusion］ The dynam ic det ection of CA125 in the serum is an important index in the diagnosis and observat ion of therapeutic effect of pneumonia and tuberculous(pulmonary tuberculosis a nd tuberculous pleurisy ). |
