摘要:

探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血浆中神经肽Y、内皮素及一氧化氮水平的变化及其意义。［方法］ 采用放射免疫分析法 及酶法对30例女性SLE患者及20例正常对照血浆中神经肽Y、内皮素及一氧化氮水平进行了检 测。［结果］SLE患者血浆中神经肽Y(90.51±38.20) ng/L、内皮素(79.43±20.26)μmol/L及一氧化氮（78.31±12.92) ng/L水平明显高于正常对照组,有显著性差异（P<0 .01）；病情活动期SLE患者神经肽Y（114.02±33.26） ng/L、内皮素（98.61±19.52）μmol/L水平高于病情非活动期,有显著性差异（P<0.01）。［结论］女性SLE患者 血浆中神经肽Y、内皮素及一氧化氮水平的变化可能与SLE的发病有关。

Abstract:

To detect the variety of neuropeptide Y, endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in plasm of SLE patients and discuss t he clinical significance. ［Methods］The levels of neuropeptide Y, ET, NO were detected by radioimmunoassay method and enzymic method, respectively.［Results］The levels of neuropeptide Y, ET and NO from female SLE patients were higher than those from healthy wemen, respectively （P<0.01）. The leve ls of neuropeptide Y and ET in plasms from SLE patients in active phase were hig her than those in nonactive phase; （P<0.01）.［Conclusion］　The varity of the levels of neuropeptide, ET and NO in SLE patients may be associ ated with pathogenesis of SLE.
